"For rude customer support at self checkout isn't even worth a single star. I was there this morning around 9.30, no smile, no greetings nothing but rude way of handling tech issues happened at the self checkout. For my many 'thanks' reply was nothing else other than trying to teach me and show her rude attitudes. I think that's why bigw get less customers when compared to others. She should understand that she gets paid because of customers like us. What I heard is, polite customer support is number one at bigw, but the lady worker who serviced doesn't seem to have gone through the process. If I was undercover manager, I know what I should do."
"Very nice and organised set-up in this BIG W store. Lots of clothes, baby items and chocolate for sale most of the times. This is one of the biggest BIG W in South East area I believe. Not very far from the parking area so it is easy to reach but we need to walk 2 to 3 minutes. It is located in the ground floor."
"There was a great toy sale was on in the store at the time that we were there, with plenty of toys on the shelves. The only thing that I could fault, was the usual lack of staff on both the manned and self checkout registers."
"No stock on floor to buy Electric Blankets. There were only queen size ones. No double or single size. Kmart had a better stock and way cheaper too. I understand you pay what you get, but, having no stock is something that I do not agree in retail stores, unless demand exceeds supply."
