"I left my ring to get resized with this business for it to come back completely damaged. They have denied that it was their fault and told me that the ring looked like that before! The assistant manager was nice however when she contacted head office they said there was nothing they could do beside foot the bill for the resizing. I have never received such bad customer service ever and will never be returning to this business."

"Faulty ring took years to get a refund. Finally went Instore to get the refund only to find out the next day instead of giving me my money back they debited the same from my account. They told me there was nothing they could do unless I came back instore. I explained I could not get there again soon as I work weekends. $240 I AM NOW MISSING. SORRY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH."
"I went to the Fountain Gate store today where I encountered the worst of the worst customer service. I walked in and found a beautiful diamond ring and keeping in mind buying jewellery is an emotive experience, the youngish girl couldn't have cared less. I told her that I'd like to pay using a buy now pay later service that they offered. She then spent the next hour trying to work out how to log into the system on their computer and then tried another buy now pay later service...still no luck. All the while another customer service lady was cleaning black greasy dirt out of the window sliding areas of the display cases which was quite off-putting. I asked the young girl serving me if she could call her manager and she said she did. I told her I'd come back as she clearly couldn't get this payment system to work. I then went to a competitor downstairs, found a prettier ring at an even better price, a lovely saleslady who couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful who managed to process my order with my buy now pay later payment with no problems at all and I walked away so happy. He Goldmark, train your employees properly and get them to smile once in a while. Never again will i bother with these clowns."
"Echoing what others have said about the customer service. I bought a pair of Silver hoop earrings, got them out the shop and the clasp was faulty. Went back in, showed them. They were still being helpful, took out our the back to tighten the clamp. This was done too tightly, and to open the earring would have snapped it because of how hard it was tightened to. For something I had bought not even 10 minutes prior, which was clearly faulty. What they put me through to return it was quite frankly disgusting. Instead of being cool about it, (I hadn't left sight of the store either btw), they resented so much (or one did, (I think the manager maybe, the other lass was actually very nice), me retuning the item. Very poor service and I won't be back."
