"I previously loved this brand untill a terrible experience at their highpoint store. My mother bought me a jumpsuit for Christmas and it did not fit well. We took it back to the store two days later and was told we could not return it as it was bought on sale. The sale was a promotional 20% off - the dress was still on the "new items" page on their website. Upset we couldn't get a refund we asked for a exchange to a gift card so I could purchase something later - we were told this was impossible. We could only exchange the item untill 7th Jan. The store manager was rude during the transaction. We left upset and with the same item as I could not find something else in the store. Waste of $180."
"I went into the store this morning, and I was not acknowledged by anyone- fair enough they had a few people in the store, but I was literally standing at the change rooms with a shop assistant right in front of me for at least three minutes and I wasn’t acknowledged once! Even though I really liked the dress I went to try on I just left it"
