"i had an unpleasant interaction with a seed team member the other week. i work in a neighbouring store in the centre when said customer came into our store and was bragging how she worked in customer service and that our store (with different policies) could do something she claimed seed could do whilst abusing my coworkers. i was disgusted with her behaviour and attitude towards my team as we were politely trying to understand the issue, as someone who claimed she also worked in customer service i would have thought she’d behave in a more appropriate manner."
"Was looking for jackets for my kids and needed one in a size 2, the old lady with curly brown hair said she will check on the system to see if there is any stock which she said there was two. She went to the back to check to only come back saying they don’t have any and it must be wrong in the system. So I went home to do an online click and collect order, which HP had stock. On the very same day, I got an email saying it’s ready to be picked up. That lady was clearly lazy and did not check properly. Now I have to go back again to pick up my order."
