As an award-winning Psychology and Well-Being practice, we have been serving the Upper North Shore of Sydney since 2012. What started as one Psychologist working out of Westleigh has now grown into a group practice with a combined team experience of over 50 years. One of our featured programs is HeadStart, a low-intensity and low-cost mental health program. It consists of seven 50-minute sessions with a Provisional Psychologist and six online modules that cover key Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based mental health topics. Through HeadStart, you will receive a mental health strategy plan and direct input from a Provisional Psychologist to improve your well-being and address any identified issues.

Thanks to subsidies from the Sydney North Primary Health Network, HeadStart is available for only $350.
