Out of all the centres I visited locally (& let me tell you, it was a lot!) this was the only centre that felt “right”. My son was 7 month old when we started at Headstart and is now 4.5 years and you can see the love he and the educators share. He is excited to see his friends and when there were tears at drop off at the beginning that resulted in tears from mum on the way to work, they went into action developing strategies and these drop offs quickly turned into him not even turning to wave goodbye. The updates provided each day are fantastic and keep you involved on what they’re learning and doing, which is awesome when I pick him up and he excitedly tells me about his day. The educators who welcomed him on day one, are still there welcoming him all these years later.
