"We celebrated our kids birthday there over the weekend and it was an amazing experience all through. Its neat and clean, Staff are very friendly and accommodated all our requests with ease. Food is amazing not like other play enters we have variety of options outside regular chips and pies. Overall it’s a great experience and kids enjoyed playing as well. Cheers"

"We visited Relax and Play today. It’s such a lovely space for little ones and great that you have the option of enjoying a sit down meal. Although it was a week day and not too busy, we saw the owner and staff clean the space, steam cleaning the sofas and wiping down the play equipment. This is by far the cleanest play centre we have visited! Happy to support a business that made it through the pandemic and still maintains good standards, a safe place for our children to enjoy and a friendly environment for the community."

"We visit Relax & Play once every couple of months with our two little ones and I thought it was about time I write up a lovely review about them. This restaurant and play area is an amazing gem in western Melbourne. Parking is out the front or to the side of the building, which is easy to access. All the surfaces downstairs are flat and easy to access via pram. To access their upstairs which hosts their "relax" range including massage, nail and yoga class services is up a flight of stairs. The restaurant, I love as it has a great variety of meals on offer for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I love that they have more than the typical nuggets and chips option for kids. The service is great, we have always been served by the same happy staff every time we have visited. The kids play area is really nice, they have a well separated and large area for both babies/toddlers on one side and bigger kids on the other, including climbing equipment and arcade games. There are toilets available including disabled/baby change table access. The only reason I haven't given a 5 star to this amazing place, is on my last visit I was a little disappointed to find that the place needed a big clean in the play area eg. Lots of disgusting things in the kids ball pit including a cigarette lighter and some old food. Also, the relax services were unavailable, as I was hoping to finally utilise their manicure service and have my child minded for 30 mins (but I figured this may have been due to lack of staffing available during this harsh winter period)"

"Fit us in at last minute and were very accommodating. Food was decent and good portions, the best part is the play area for kids and by the end of the night adults were in the arcade having a blast too. The staff very friendly and kind, customer service 10/10."

"We really enjoyed the afternoon here, and our kids just wanted to keep playing. It is smaller than what it appears online, but the food is decent and it was really quiet on a weekday which was relaxing so we ended up staying until closing. I loved that the staff came around asking what drinks we would like while in the play area, and also that there were comfy couches on the side. Would really like a pedicure next time if it is available. Overall really enjoyed this place and will be back again."
