At Fun2Move, we firmly believe that exercise and fitness should be accessible to everyone. However, we understand that children with special needs, such as autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, or learning difficulties, may require a tailored approach to learning these skills. That's why our programs are designed by an Occupational Therapist and delivered by a team consisting of a Personal Trainer and Primary School Teacher.

Our relaxed and supportive exercise and fitness therapy sessions are available both in-person at our Avondale Heights location and online, ensuring that kids of all ages and abilities can participate. During these sessions, we introduce kids to exercise through engaging fitness games and drills, focusing on building core strength, balance, agility, and endurance. Additionally, we help boost their confidence in basic sports skills like throwing, catching, bouncing, and hitting.
