"Firstly, the educators are friendly and professional. They interact with the children and are inclusive to children with special needs. The administrative lady, Desire does a fine job welcoming new parents and helping them with subsidy/fee payment. I like the fact the centre is not-for-profit meaning staff are paid a good wage. Money is spent on the children's environment and resources. Overall, as an Early Childhood Teacher myself, having worked at many centres, this centre is where I feel at ease/confident in placing my child in care. There is an educational program happening which is what is important."

"My both kids went to this childcare, (daughter is still there). A good price and quality. A lot of kids activities. A cozy environment, but I personally like it. The core staff is there for all three years we went there. I know, that I can rely on them. They have students who are doing practice in the centre from time to time, and the centre is closed for almost one month during Christmas"

"The admin staff there are nice and helpful, however the educators I met in the 1 year old + room are oblivious to the standards of being a child educator. During orientation for my 15 month old son they did nothing to interact with my son, nor did they check his nappy in 4 hours, they did not know how to wash his hands for lunch and did not know how to feed as they were used to more older kids who are able to feed themselves. I was excited about this place as they ace their government audits. I was so disappointed and shocked at the educators performance and question the integrity of their qualifications. When I gave the director feedback she misdirected my concerns and said our educators are fine. Be careful about who they advertise as educators someone may say she looks after this room and she will look like she is able and efficient but actually some other people will be looking after you children and they are not quality!"
