I have bought a number of bags and accessories and have never found any of them to be faulty or of poor quality. "Have brought several bags at this location each bag has had faulty stitching. Tried to resolve issue with the manager of this store with no results. I will never buy another bag from this company again .. The workmanship on these bags for the price they are selling for is a rip off. Very poor quality don't waste your time or Money on purses or bags. Purse zips break bag stitching comes apart.. don't recommend these bags or purses. Staff was unhelpful in resolving the problem.."
"So I bought a wallet in the Westfield shopping centre but the card slot was sewn too far over so the cards didn't fit. I said hi at the counter and the girls were less than pleased to stop chatting. I tried to explain my problem to one worker but got nowhere "sorry they're the same, I don't understand". I was then surprised when her coworker looked at her and said "whatever, just give her the new one, they're the same." I'm very glad I'm only on holiday here, wouldn't be returning if I lived here."
