"Let me paint the picture Busy sunny Mothers day morning Ordered my drink 15mins later.. I asked "ready soon?" response "yes shortly" 10mins later "Sorry we forgot your order" 5mins later - Wrong order. Waiting 30mins for a 5 min drink order is unfortunate. How you handle the mistake is the reason you see the review above. Own your mistakes and compensate the customer. Or at the very least don't make them feel like its their mistake for buying something on a busy day."
"4.3 - Loved the atmosphere here at this Diner. Comfortable Red Leather Benches, Lots of Natural Light and the best Tunes! Friendly Waitress served me a large Chai Latte for $4.80 and to my delight when I ordered, it was a brewed one! Came back a second time where they charged me extra on my card than the receipt. I also notice there's always lots of flies in here so I reduced it by 1 star for those 2 reasons."
"Asked for two times two poached eggs on Sourdough, one with salmon, the other with pulled pork. On arrival, see the photos, so I told the waiter "these are boiled eggs, not poached". The waiter, clearly unimpressed "I will tell the chef". Never a word back. We were in a hurry and hungry so ate and left. I guess you can't expect too much, but I thought one can assume a chef to have some knowledge about how to poach an egg (the waiter could study a bit as well.)... Coffee was good. So stick to that."
"Excellent coffee. Almond milk available. Such nice staff! Lovely toasty. Jan 2019 they have/had $9.90 for coffee and toasty. So good! Nice atmosphere. Also attached to the shopping, it is a completely separate cafe. Plenty of parking."
