"This shop doesn’t deserve one star. I ordered medium size chips, 30 seconds later they were ready. My daughter and I tried one each and realised that the chips were soggy, so they sitting there for quite awhile. I returned them, which clearly annoyed the lady behind the counter, she did them again gave us back a small size. Still soggy, by then I gave up. What an unpleasant experience, lift your game and improve your customer service, I won’t go back again and will tell as many people as I can, to do the same. I’d rather not give a star but had to do I can post Stay away from this shop if you can"
"Service is always fantastic. I come here often and get the jumbo burger meal. I call to place an order and arrive and my food is ready every single time. Nice and hot, fresh, and tastes fantastic. The guy there who I am assuming is the owner is extremely polite and you can tell her cares. 100% recommend"
"Tried ogalo for the first time ever! Boy have I been missing out. It's is like a fresher oporto. Ogalo is unreal! I had the hot jumbo meal, the chicken was generous, the chips were over flowing, HOW AMAZING! Also I had the prego sauce on the side, that was just so clean and flavoursome. Way worth the value of the meal, and delivered! Very good packaging, the paper keeps everything much hotter and crispier. Will be ordering from here often."
