"Nice cozy place for a coffee and quiet environment to study"
"Ordered chips + chicken schnitzel and chicken nuggets. Chips were heated in an oven rather than fried. Same was with chicken schnitzel. Taste -horrible. Ordered coffee and 15 minutes later they've realised that they've forgotten my order. Topping that i was asked if i had ordered coffee and paid for it. Wouldn't recommend this place at all."
"Place is simply put, a café inside of a library don't expect much it's not a Michelin star place but the place offers food and drinks. The best reason this place is getting 4 stars is because they have seats and they have tables, which as long as you buy something you have access to the lovely chairs they have because you're not getting a seat to study especially when the schoolies are all there."
"The staff member burnt my 3 year old daughter’s tongue with a searing hot babychino- no apology from the lady working there. I tried it and it was hotter than my burnt coffee. Terrible - and no reparations made. She was screaming and crying and the lady didn’t care, very odd and cruel."
"i ordered a matcha milk tea ($6), iced taro latte ($6) and fairy bread ($6) as well. At the cashier, i asked the lady TWO TIMES if the drink came with pearls and she said yes both times. However upon receiving the drink, there were no pearls. I asked the same woman where the pearls were but she said the drink had no pearls and then said they didnt have pearls. The fairy bread had a scarcity of rainbow sprinkles as well and tasted MID. Do not recommend. The taro latte had chunks of taro powder still in it and tasted like milk."
