"Edited. The 2nd star is because you are likely to come out with a pretty well-fitting bra. A review by a Rachel Petkoski was true. I think the owner could learn to listen to honest criticism and take it on board as a lesson learned instead of proving the lack of interest in customer relations yet again with her response to the review. I took a star off for her response to that. Defend yourself against lies, not the truth. I too was very unimpressed and surprised with the lack of information at the store about their closure during lockdown. A 1/2 dozen times. I would pass it to attend appointments and kept an eye out because I desperately needed a new bra. I never received any responses to phone contact. Overall there was nothing to suggest the owner was interested in the business or the customers at all. Eventually I came away with a bra that pretty much fitted but was the most uncomfortable bra I've had in 30 years. There were no other options there for me, which was disappointing when that bra was so uncomfortable. That bra was coarse, itchy, scratchy fabric and almost hurt to wear. There was nothing encasing the underwires to lessen the discomfort of underwires that at least one other brand offers. It felt much cheaper quality than the $100 price tag. If there's more than one staff member I seem to strike a rather sullen woman when I go. She was at Cronulla when they were there. However she is good at finding some kind of a fit quickly, which hasn't been my experience elsewhere."

She also provided surprise options. It was grand!!! Pleasant music provides a relaxing ambience. As a husband/partner for some 30 odd years, I am very familiar with being in lingerie shops and so from that perspective a definite thumbs up. Certainly they have a good variety of stock. Come here and get yourself something to make you feel great!"
