"Very bad experience. The customer service is really bad, the man who always on the counter don't know how to treat with customer. I bought a ballon from there that was helium baloon(at that time i haven't check the quality that is it air or helium balloon). I said fill this balloon with helium but he said it's air baloon ,can't fill helium. When I checked at home it was helium one. I went next day to shop and he said I will charge $10 for one baloon to fill helium . The ballon was not big. Really disappointed. Never go to this shop again."

"We bought a few balloons in the store & have informed one of the staff to have it filled within the following day. We then got there & was denied to have the balloons filled with helium due to the fact we bought 1 balloon from a different store regardless even we offered to pay extra just to get all of them filled. Bottom line is it didn’t matter wether we got the balloons filled, although the staff’s mannerism treated towards us & to other customers is awfully poor, they weren’t attentive with their customer service & always gives out the impression of irritation whenever a question is asked. As a business owner myself, the management system requires further improvement & staff development."
