Woolworths Blacktown

"Well first of all many years ago (approx. 7 years ago) I was very unsure about Woolworths, Blacktown. Circumstances have certainly changed, besides myself becoming very familiar with the layout of the store, I do feel a certain affinity towards shopping there. There was that devastating COVID 19 pandemic that changed everything including the customers. Normality seems to be returning to life in the store but the outbreak definitely took it's toll. Over the period of time I have been visiting there have been changes to the isles and as a result I have gone around in circles looking for products that I usually buy. All is well so it seems, however now and again you come across customers that like to argue with the staff, a scene that is far from desirable. You often also get customers that do not seem to know the workings of a modern supermarket. On these occasions it's a drag waiting for them to overcome their issues. All things being equal, I like and enjoy Woolworths. Sincerely, Thomas Stevens."

"One from the team his name is Shaun I asked him to help me he said I’m busy!!! Told him can u show me where is that item he left me tried to call him he didn’t answer!!! So rude so disgusting communication here!! Zero of ABC talking to ppl He refused to give me his name and tried to hid his name tag!! He has to be fired ASAP Ppl like him shouldn’t work for a big name like Woolies and u can check ur cameras Monday July’s 17 around 6 pm near freezer and baby’s isle"

"Very rude lady in the self service check out today we were there around 2:30pm we scanned 2 of the long life milk from the box of 10 then suddenly the machine decided to stop and call for assistance the lady called Maria came to assist? But rudely asked us what are you doing what did you do? We said we're scanning one by one and did not say anything just fixed the problem and left. clearly no customer service or no training I don't know why woolworths tolerate this kind of attitude from their employees very sad coz we love woolworths especially blacktown hope this person will get the proper training and been called her attention definitely the rudest person at blacktown woolworths not good for the company. Degrading and ruining the company's reputation."

"Did a shopping trip and bought a range of fresh fruit and vegetables. These were the potatoes we had noticed a few days later. ( we have had them in the spot always and never an issue) they were bought like this"

"Pretty good range of gluten free items but you'll need to hunt a little as they are scattered around the store. Most notable were GF croissants and the much sought after Katz gluten free donuts (in the freezer section)."
