"store is conveniently located but thats where the good stuff ends, the store is messy unstacks - under stocked always looks like it needs a good cleanup nomatter when i go in there its always the same.. staff are unfriendly and unwilling to make conversation at all.. not a ' FEEL GOOD " KIND OF STORE.... "Shopping trolleys. You need to better aldi. You're in a shopping centre, you don't need the coins. Today, i couldn't retrieve my coin because the chain in front had been cut. I didn't have time to go to the next trolly bay as my baby was screaming and i shouldn't have to. Theare always issues with the trolleys"
"Staffs should know the meaning of customer service if they have batch named for it. Lady named Pasang questioned us, “Didn’t you see that board?” Sooo rudely that counter 5 is for liquor. We didn’t even realise when we were in the queue. She should have nicely said it. Never going back again."
