"peter is not only ignorant but also extremely arrogant. i went there to install 360 cameras for my car. he did wrong wiring and connections. i went there again asking him to have a double check. he told me not to waste his time. instead of fixing the problems he caused, peter tried to sell me a $2000 new head unit which i did not need at all. now he is refusing to refund. he is arguing that he’d spent 5 hours on my car and these 5 hours making me huge trouble. should i take him to vcat?"
