"Had good experiences in the past, recently however went in to get my headlight globe replaced as it had gone out. They said they could not do it on the spot and instead I’d have to book it in because they would have to take off a load of parts to replace it. Then the next day I went down to a service centre in park orchards and they fixed it on the spot in 2 minutes. Was a one off bad experience so still gets a decent rating but just hope if I was to book it in I would not have been charged overs for unnecessary repairs."
