Been bringing my various cars here for probably 8 years now and know they'll do exactly as they say - including sending me on my way at no charge once for a very simple fix. Last I was in they identified a piece missing from the oil filter housing on the used car I'd just bought, ordered one in and fixed it instead of just ignoring it which may have lead to trouble later.
