"I bought an ex display king bed frame from Interior Secrets and upon assembling realized that the dimensions on the website do not match the description due to which my mattress, sheet and quilt keeps moving or coming off. I immediately contacted Interior Secrets, and was advised that they could not exchange or refund or compensate anything as it is an ex display product. The attitude from day 1 was to neglect my request even to repair or suggest any alternatives. Being misled by a store is not a nice feeling and their customer service support is unapologetic and won't be helpful at all. This has to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I do not recommend them and will not be shopping from Interior Secrets ever again."
"I’ve used this company twice. When things go right they are great to deal with. When there’s a problem… we’ll, all I can say is good luck. I ordered a table which was both faulty and damaged. I lost count of the amount of hours lost attempting to return it and obtain a refund. I did eventually receive a refund but the whole process was a rather protracted ordeal and I will not be ordering from Interior Secrets again. I’d highly recommend you to reconsider if you are contemplating purchasing from them."
