"An exceedingly dedicated, hardworking and cheerful group of staff. Ambient is spacious,salubrious and spotless plus designed to make children busy in vivid activities. Had a great feeling about the place when we had a tour and we booked our son in the next day.My son absolutely loves going there and gets excited when we get into his room and he sees the other children and build great rapport with the Teachers. Thanks to the Director Vicky and Kim assistant director who are really outstanding individuals and lead team and the Educators for being really supportive and flexible during the uncertain time of pandemic as well.Strongly recommended!"

"Looks like a pretty decent place. Clean and well kept. Prices keep going up every other month. When a government subsidy goes up, so does the daily rate which I believe it's around $120 a day. Not worth the $ honestly."

"Starting with the positives, this centre is attractive with large rooms and new equipment. During Christmas time, they arrange a farm in the premise and a jumping castle during centre annual celebration. Few of the staff are friendly and for others cannot complain as the stress load is as such in this job. Focusing on the negatives, there is no display of acitivity plan in the room for parents to check and understand how the child's days are planned. The educator present at the time of picking the child is unaware of the activities the child took part in as the switch between educators happen around 4:00PM. No information on how the child fared through the day. No proper observations or reflections on child's daily activities. Weak portfolio preparation. In one of the instances, I reported that my child's portfolio had a group activity picture without my child. Good part is that they removed that picture from portfolio. Couple of times I had to correct the fortnightly account statement as the numbers were wrong. No proper care was taken while engaging children during activities like painting and outdoor play. Often I reported about my child playing outdoor without Hat and shoes and the response was that the child removes them and they cannot do much about it. One of the days I had to take my child without shoes as they were mixed up in some room and unable to find them. The day there is painting activity the dress is all smeared and clearly indicates absence of apron. We had to waste few dresses as the paint stays on. I am providing this details to give a feel of lack of attention towards the children. This is not a complain and does not include child getting soiled and having sand all over the body or getting the dress wet and soiled. Though these happen often, I agree to the fact that it is how the kids need to grow up. All I waited for was that extra attention to discipline the child. Overall it was a slightly upsetting experience and so had to withdraw my child from the service.I hope things improve with this feedback."
