"Very good educator team there . My son got settled there in three week .Devika and Sandra my son educator very caring, helpful and friendly. They always look after all kids very well ."
"The Educators at Good Start, high st epping are very good. My elder daughter went there and now my lil one is going for around 2 years. Staff is very friendly and caring. I never had any issues. My kids just loved it. I know a lot of staff from the time my elder daughter used to go and the new staff, all of them are very helpful and take a lot of interest in each child's learning and development. I would recommend this centre to all parents who would like their kids to develop on each of their personal goals and attributes but in a highly supportive environment."
"I dont agree with all the negative reviews. My daughter has settled it and loves going to childcare. Sometimes when i ask her if she wants to stay home, she says she wants to go to childcare. They celebrate all the festivals and the staff is very nice. When my daughter first started at the age of 8 months, i was hesitant to leave her there for longer hours. If she cried a lot, they would encourage me to take her home for her sake. Personally i dont feel there is anything wrong to take your child home if they have been crying for long. Eventually she stopped crying within two days and they politely requested me to leave her longer to help her settle. I feel comfortable leaving my daughter there and love seeing her photos on their App everyday. She seems happy in every picture."
"I felt compelled to write a review after seeing the bad reviews on here. I don't think GS High Street is racist at all, they are constantly celebrating different cultural days and really embrace other cultures. As for asking parents to collect sick babies, that's their job. The reason kids get sick in there is because other parents take their sick kids to daycare and infect other kids. The first few months of daycare is terrible for all parents, the kids get constantly sick - that's life and will happen where ever you go. I have nothing but good things to say about this center and all the educators there are brilliant and are basically part of our extended family :) :) :)"
