The Heritage Terrace Cafe

"Had lunch today. Food was terrible. Dry chicken schnitzel on dry bun for chicken burger. Quiche Lorraine was bland and burnt. Chips overcooked and the iced latte tasted like it was made with instant coffee. A young waitress attended to take our order and went away to confirm what the quiche of the day was. Another older waitress came over and said she will take our order because she knows what the quiche of the day is because she memorises the menu like “they” all should. She then talked about the other young waitress and belittled her behind her back. Very unprofessional. An older gentleman (assuming the owner) hovered around tables and found him to be a bit annoying and intrusive while trying to eat. Will never go back. DO NOT recommend."

"Amazing coffee & all day breakfast. A great brunch spot! Had the King's Breakfast and added hollandaise on the side. Generous serve was tough to get through and everything was cooked perfectly!"

"Food was disgusting. I got chicken haloumi burger. Could not finish. Cannot eat so bad food. Chicken is cardboard. Beetroots from cans. Chips r awful like reheated. Haloumi was like marinated in salt. Never coming back. Stay away & save the disappointment. Good location but nightmare food."

"The food here used to be great, but after dining here today, I will not eat here again. The food was bad. The steak sandwich was so basic, had no flavour but edible. The lasagna though, was all mashed up and tasteless. The T-Bone steak was the worse; it looked and tasted like it was cooked in a microwave. And the gravy was disgusting; it had separated and was awful. Chips tasted like they were just reheated, making the overall dining experience poor and disappointing! The only positive was, the owner was friendly and the coffee was decent enough."

"I got a take out breakfast $14.95, very yummy, scrambled eggs, toast, extras sausage and bacon $12.95... extras kick the price up. Food was yummy and tasty and did fill me up and was hot just added the secret ingredient tomato sauce made it even better. I would go back to try there coffee which seems good and tasty as well.
