"There's never any soap in the bathrooms, very poor for a place filled with kids where everyone is touching everything. There's some weird "do you know these kids" posters with their mugshots on the window that seem like they'd be illegal"
"Ripped off Grandpa's head and used it as the ball. Got 4 Turkeys in a row. Absolutely hilarious to see it role back up every time. Thanks to the staff for letting me do this and having a laugh with me. He was 104 anyway so doesn't matter."
"The centre is great with access to games, as well as bowling. I organised an event for 43 children and the kids loved their experience. They definitely need to work on their communication with each other. The list they asked me to formulate wasn't used, despite me calling the morning after sending to ensure it was received - the counter staff said they knew nothing about it and didn't want it when we tried to give it to them. I also spoke to 3 different people (prior) about families wanting to purchase food directly on the night, which was apparently not an issue but on the night it was a big issue! they were understaffed and unable to keep up. Long waits and needed to stop taking orders."
"Cafe was very understaffed. We ordered our food it took a very long time to arrive with one less pizza, when we said they forgot the vegetarian pizza we were told they couldn’t make it. Waiting long time to be served for drinks. No glasses for our wine. The staff person looked very stressed they were trying to put frozen cheese on pizza. They then walked across to the person behind the shoe counter who was doing nothing and asking them can you please help me. Overall the experience was not good."
