Reviews
"I’m sorry but this was by far the worst play centre we have visited. One worker waited 15 mins to gain entry it was freezing cold and very uninviting we couldn’t stay. The smell of burnt oil and seeing people waiting over 30 mins for any kind of food just made us decide to go some place else. I’m sorry but we will not be returning."
"Filthy. The baby area is really not designed for babies at all. The toys were all broken and the floor tiles were all separated and dirt and debris all in the cracks. The bars had no padding like the other parts and just quite unsafe and unhygienic. The baby change area was also filthy. Very run down and dirty. Would not come back. Such a shame as there’s nothing like this in this area. They also charge $5 for babies over 4 months where I found other play centres were free until 12 months."
"Superb place for kids. Recently it was renovated. My only peace of mind is when my kids are here. The staff are very friendly. Reasonable price. We have hosted 3 kid’s parties here and really happy with the service."
"I must admit, we avoided this place due to earlier reviews but since the change of management, things must have improved (no disrespect to the previous owners as I’m sure there are many factors that contribute to public reviews). The $5 entry fee was great (not sure if this was because it was a week day). Cheaper than any other place within a 20 minute drive (that I’m aware of). The equipment here is somewhat limited compared to some other larger centres but is still certainly a lot of fun for younger kids. We spent a good two hours there. Also ordered a sandwich for the kid and a coffee for myself. Sandwich was lightly toasted which was just nice for a toddler. Coffee was also good. There is also an on site store selling some accessories. I didn’t have a thorough browse but saw this from the outside. There is also an area with little tricycles at the back that I didn’t see at first. Run by lovely, polite people with friendly service. Will be back!"
"Lovely play centre. Clean. Not the biggest or most modern but the kids loved it. Food is okay. Plenty of tables and a couple of couches. Separate play area for 2 and under, bouncy castle, ride on toys, ball pits, and the normal climb, explore, slide areas. We really liked that there was hardly anyone there - we went midweek so it may be busier on the weekends. It was good value and we'll be back."
