"It is a good practice but why does it take 30 minutes for someone to answer a call or over an hour to get a call back? If you have to call to check the timing of the doctor the front house management inefficient, they never answer the phone and when they do, they act like they are doing you a favour by doing their jobs to the bare minimum standard. The clinic has received a lot of feedback about this consistently and nothing has changed. Edit re response below: the delay in response by reception is a daily occurrence every time I try to contact this organisation it is at least a half hour wait. If you are constantly understaffed such that people can't get their medical results hire more staff. It is almost as if they purposefully don't respond so that you are forced to book additional appointments just to get things like your results back. These appointments are usually 2 minute phone calls charged at full price. Yet again I am forced by this understaffed centre to book in just to hear yes or no re test results for things like covid. It's poor really. You also have to boom appointments with no certainty as to whether or not they have your test results."

"I saw Dr Melissa Phillis today and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my problems and concerns without judgement and without trying to prescribe me with a list of things to mask my symptoms. It felt like she genuinely wanted to understand me so that she could approach my health holistically and as naturally as possible, and that was much appreciated. Highly recommend!"

"I’m a tourist that needed medical attention and used South Steuben Medical Centre. Scheduling an appointment was easy and check in was simple. The physician was excellent! Listened to my concerns, quickly evaluated my condition and issued a prescription that quickly resolved my situation. The financial charge was very reasonable. I can’t say enough great things about their office and the services they provide!"

"Doctor Elana Roseth nice, helpful and caring as always. Receptionists are not great front people, giving an unpleasant feeling of being bothered. The fact that they're almost "hidden" behind a large counter probably doesn't help. If it wasn't for Elana, I would not get back to this practice and this impression was shared by my partner. Sorry I hate to give negative feedback and wouldn't have left it if you hadn't asked!"

"The service and care I received from the Dr was great. Very thorough, but I waited an hour over the time of my scheduled appt. Other patients left as they couldn't wait. There was no contact from the practice to let anyone know in advance the Dr was running behind, nor was there any freely given updates from the receptionist upstairs about the delay. Patients had to enquire about what was going on."
