"Really bad experience. I went there to have a couple of moles removed. The place is really unhygienic but didn't want to pre-judge as I trusted the reviews and all her diplomas, and certificates that are all over the place. Since I book the appointment by phone, the communication was not the best at all, but I understand because I'm also foreign. After I showed her the moles she just told me to lie down without even explaining anything. I asked her if those moles were ok to be removed (if they were actually moles), for the prices, and how she will do it, and replied really shortly that they were ok to be removed. The price was ridiculously expensive, so I end up deciding on only two small instead of four. She put a num cream and leave me in the room while she speaks on the phone. Came back after 10/15min and block my eyes and start doing her thing. I told her it was painful and she continue anyways. Before she start with the second I asked her what/how she was doing it or with what machine, and she moved my head and say, with a special machine. After she charged me, she gave me a cream to put, completely off and expired. Hopefully, everything heal ok, I regret not leaving the place as soon as I saw the conditions and the old machinery, even when she starts doing 'her job' without caring anything about me, without explaining or even asking for permission. I can't understand how this place is open and how she is offering all those treatments."
