"I was told last minute that I needed to wear a mask (something I didn’t have as I’d already left the house, and they don’t supply them like many clinics do), and what should have been a civil conversation turned into the reception staff and Dr Chan raising their voice at me, telling me “just go to the mini mart and buy one!”. I promptly told them they were rude and opted out of my appointment. Learn to speak to people with some level of respect. If you require that patients wear a mask, then supply them or let them know in advance so they’re not running around last minute and cutting into their appointment time. Time that you will charge $85 per patient for a standard 10-15min appointment. Overall I’m glad this happened because straight after I hung up from them, I went to Manly Corso pharmacy and the pharmacist sorted my issue."
