"I had an appointment today at 9am with doctor Dr. Abha Ghangas. I had received a conformation email stating 9am. I was running late and I contacted No gap liverpool to inform them, I was told my appointment was at 8:30 and I stated my conformation email stated 9:00 am and I was told to come in anyways without being informed the doctor was not there. I was rushing to get there and I got a speeding fine and still proceeded to make my appointment. I arrived at 9:16am to be told that Dr. Abha Ghangas was stuck in traffic and was not coming in till 11:30am. Had I been informed I would had changed my appointment and not received a fine trying to keep the time, knowing she is not there. I walked out and I will not be going back to No gap again."
