"HCF is a deceptive and misleading health insurance company. They split their cover for similar procedures such as knee reconstruction and knee replacement hoping you won"t notice this if switching from another fund.Basically just sneaky and untrustworthy.Avoid at all costs."

"Your insurance is a joke. My cover says covered for "occlusal splints". So I get an occlusal splint made. Your response "Oh, we don't cover that particular splint/item number". So i say "Okay, I am getting 2 more made, can I get a list of what splints you do cover?" Your response, "Oh no. We don't give out that information." So I just have to take your word for it that it's not included and you haven't just decided not to cover it even though I pay almost $500 a month to get $120 worth of dental back twice a year and thats it. Then I claim for a medicine and you guys say, "we don't cover that medicine because it is on the PBS." So I call you and say "Hey, its actually not on the PBS." You then inform me, "Yeah actually we just don't cover that medication, we haven't since 2015." But no reason as to why you don't. Honestly your whole insurance is a scam."
