"Very disappointed! I was referred to psychology for kids as heard it would be very helpful for my children, however after phoning and leaving messages for three weeks as well as sending emails and a support person also trying to get in contact to just try and make an appointment. Not one reply, not once was the phone answered always going to message bank. I have now had to resort to seeking a different psychologist as my daughter is now at breaking point. Might need to get yourselves a better receptionist or better way of patients being able to make appointments. If you are to busy to accept new patients or make new appointments at least give the courtesy of letting people know this. Instead of providing assistance this has caused more issues and more anxiety for my daughter."
