"We are not regular patients, but I called about bringing in a family member in on Saturday as our regular GP was closed and the centre is located very close to us. We were turned away over the phone as they had infectious symptoms (but not Covid, so couldn't do a a phone consult either). The reception was apologetic about it, but I just think this is silly as a good portion of patients seeing a GP will have infectious symptoms! We would very happily have done all the infection control possible in the waiting room or waited outside until called. In hindsight it worked well for us, as we called our GP after hour service. So my advice to anyone reading this, looking for a GP on a Saturday afternoon, call the 13SICK service."

"Hopeless rostered 1 Doctor on a Friday night people lined up out the door turning sick kids away the next day same issue 2 doctors here to start on time the rest might show up later not sure according to the receptionist. Most of these doctors only want to work 2 days a week which is fine if you have enough doctors to cover all other shifts it is supposed to be a medical centre."

She follows up, calls, provides follow up..all without asking. She has saved me from depression, self pity and gave me encouragement and strength instead of medications. I trust and value her opinion, diagnosis over any specialist. I am so lucky that I chanced upon a professional, experienced, thorough, honest, knowledgeable medical practitioner like Dr. Pollard. "I would like to express my disappointment with the decline in quality at Hills Medical Center. It used to be a reliable local medical facility with exceptional doctors, but unfortunately, it has become disorganized and chaotic, resulting in excessively long waiting times. Moreover, I have encountered doctors who appear unprofessional and neglectful, as they fail to listen attentively to my concerns. Their examinations are cursory at best, and instead of providing proper treatment, they simply prescribe over-the-counter medications without any improvement in my condition. This begs the question: should I be charged again for another visit, considering the lack of proper care I have received? It is important to note that my criticism is limited to the GP doctors and does not extend to the dental or radiology departments."
