"This is a small playground in Eades Place Park. The kids play equipment, including a climbing tower, swings and slides is fairly basic and could do with an upgrade and there's also an outdoor gym area and a single hoop basketball for the adults. Because it's not fenced, you have to watch out for the little houdinies."

"NICE OPEN SPACE IN NORTH MELBOURNE Eades Place is a parcel of parkland nestled between busy roads in North Melbourne. It has a children's play area with swings, slides etc and lots of grassy spaces to sit and picnic. It is not fenced in from the street so parents and dog owners need to beware. No onsite toilet."
