"No confirmation or reminder of appointment. I had to chase up referral. On day of appointment I had to do zoom appointment due to isolation, fine. But was waiting 45 minutes and reception told me he was finishing up first appointment. Ten minutes later still nothing. I called again , different receptionist said he was still with first patient. I said please cancel she said ok that's cancelled and abruptly hung up."

"Would not recommend clinic to anyone. Have rang & rang for over a week trying to get results from CT scan on heart and promised every time that doctor would call. Seem to be very unorganized. Clinic never gave me a referral to have CT scan, argued with me that they did and then took two days to email it to the clinic 100 meters away. Find another cardiology clinic."
