"Great experience for our group of 6. The workers there let us start early and although we had some technical difficulties they happily helped us out. Would recommend for any groups although it might not be as fun with strangers."
"My wife and I went to VR world, and we're very disappointed with both the business and service. The games are at best 90's arcade quality graphics, so defiantly not the amazing VR experience you hear about, they haven't even spent the money to access the options in the games they do have, I.g. no extra songs on beat saber, just the few generic (FREE) songs the game comes with, all that aside the games did not work properly, as in the wrong controllers controlling the wrong hands, the game either shaking constantly or simply kicking us out of the game, just to be told "i don't know what to tell you mate", after I asked, shouldn't you know how to fix these issues, I was told by the employee that they had only been there about a month and they didn't really know what they were doing because they hadn't been trained. After I complained about the experience, we were told that we would receive a call from management to discuss our refund but shock horror we have still not been contacted week's later. I don't often leave bad reviews but this was a bad enough experience that I don't want anyone else wasting there money if they expect better. Waste of time and money, definitely do not recommend."

"We came here as a group of 4, was so much fun!! We all loved it, was a really fun and different experience. We did the virtual escape room. We will deffs be back again to try another one! My sister and her bf said they were shown how to use the controls and what to do at the start. My husband and myself were not, they just put the head sets on us and left, a little more of an explanation would have been nice, but we figured it out pretty quickly. Other than that it was a really great experience :)"
