"We had our daughter's 6th birthday party and are extremely happy with everything. The staff managed to do everything that we asked for. Food and decorations were perfect. We also had a kid with some special needs, and Fizz kids staff on day was so helpful. The staff had smiles on their face throughout the part and were so professional and caring in dealing with kids. :) :) Thanks Fizz Kids, for making our daughters' 6th birthday memorable. "We recently had our child’s birthday party at Fizz Kidz Balwyn and overall had a positive experience. The kids all loved the energy of our hosts, Ruby and Ash, and they enjoyed the activities (fluffy slime and soap making). As a parent, I also found the reservation/planning process very easy (Serena and Bonnie answered all my queries and were very accommodating with the food requests), and they were very reasonable with regards to number of attendees and payments (ie no deposits required, and we only got charged for the number of kids that actually attended on the day). In terms of areas for improvement, I would like to suggest more time between consecutive parties, as the one before ours finished late and the room was not ready when we arrived (we got there 10 minutes early as instructed for set-up and briefing with the hosts, however there was still food and rubbish on the tables and floors, and we had to wait outside while it got cleaned up. Our guests started arriving before we even got inside to set-up our things). It unfortunately also meant everything was rushed or running late the rest of the party, and the kids only had about 15 minutes for the food and cake instead of the allocated 30minutes (most of the kids didn’t get to finish eating before it was time to clear up). I would’ve preferred if they skipped the party games in the middle to allow for more time for the activities and food (we had the 1.5 hour party package so time was already tight). The time factor definitely did impact us at the start and end of the party, so hopefully this feedback will be taken into consideration by Fizz Kidz for future planning. Overall though, the kids all had a great time, and the entire process from booking to final payment was relatively easy and smooth. Thanks Fizz Kidz Team!"

"My daughter who was turning 10 had a wonderful time with her friends. They even entertained a last minute food inclusion for a child with a dietary restriction. Really appreciated the conduction and the arrangement of the party. Will really recommend everyone to give them a try as they are really friendly too!!"

"My daughter had her 8th birthday party here. All the kids had fun making their creations, and the two hosts were brilliant, very patient and engaging with the kids, on a hot Sunday afternoon. One little drawback is that I decided to bring my own party food, but there is only a small pie warmer in the kitchen, rather than an oven, which did not heat up my food efficiently in time for serving. If I had known this prior, I would have either put the food in the oven as soon as I got there or brought different food that required less heating. But this is only a minor complaint, compared to the overall experience. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Fizz Kids, the party was very reasonably priced compared to other places, and their communication and accommodation my requests were excellent."
