Reviews
"Deeply disappointed with our visit to this medical centre. The level of disorganisation and lack of care is appalling. I attended the centre to assist my mother who is in her 70s and was disgusted in the lack of respect or care shown by the centre We arrived at 9:30 for our appointment only to be told that the doctor won’t be available until 1:30 so rescheduled for then. We then returned to the medical centre at the time told by the receptionist. The receptionist then told us that there were too many patients and if we wanted to wait we would be seen after 6pm. I don’t know how the receptionist could think it was acceptable to advise of a 5 hour wait for a scheduled appointment. We attended the medical centre twice and not see a GP at all. Unfortunately this is not our only negative experience with this medical centre. It’s quite typical to be waiting for long periods without any clear indication of when we would be seen. The staff including GP appear indifferent and uninterested in patients' concerns or any regard for their time. I would strongly advise others to seek medical attention elsewhere where their health and well-being are given the attention and respect they deserve."
"If possible I could give 0 star for such a terrible impatient receptionist. No matter what language she speaks her attitude could be described as horrible towards a baby. Don it recommend at all."
"Worst clinic in Sydney. Booked for 10:15, was told GP will be 10:30, and have to wait another hour. I left the clinic, and return at 2pm, wait for another 45 mins still in the queue."
"We showed up before appointment time 11:45am and waited for over an hour and not being able to see a GP. I asked how much longer we have to wait because we hadn’t had lunch. Dr Belinda Zhou shouted to my parents for not being patient and slammed the door in front of us. Please bear in mind that my dad was sick. I can understand the clinic can get busy and we would be willing to wait if noticed earlier. But the doctor’s behavior is just unacceptable."
"Have visited this practice for many years. The staff are efficient and proactive. Dr Michael Lee, a Senior GP is medically highly knowledgeable, empathetic, understanding whilst being detailed oriented and a good listener. Even though he is extremely busy, he is patient & resourceful in trying to resolve the issues brought up by the patient."
