"I went to see Dr Younis and had a very uncomfortable experience. I was referred by my GP and visited the practice, being honest with him about self medicating to treat my ADHD/ADD. I brought up I was diagnosed as a child and felt judged by Dr Younis. I left feeling horrible and it had a very negative impact mental health. I would highly recommend not visiting this practice"
"Awful. Have been struggling with an eating disorder for years, was put under the supervision of Dr. Younas and ended up having to go to hospital multiple times. I would tell him the medication isn't working well enough and would be told to "go to therapy" of which I had poured thousands of my money into doing DBT skills, EMDR, CBT, yoga, pilates etc... Only to be told by therapists that I need something to help my anxiety. I went to Younas for a solution and that solution was to "go to therapy and see him for a check up in x months" where again.. He would tell me "go to therapy". A year later of this "go to therapy" He weighed me and got upset that I had lost weight and proceeded to tell me that this was 'an obvious sign that I'm not trying enough'. He threatened to not be my support cause "I'm too hard of a case" and was visibly stressing him out by not getting better fast enough for him. The laughable thing he said to me in that session was "I would give you an antianxiety med, the only problem is you're too underweight for it, so I guess you just need to go to therapy!" If you want to spend hundreds of dollars a session every 3 months or so just to get gasslit and told "go to therapy" and "your not serious enough about your recovery" then I would recommend Dr. Younas."
"Saw Dr Adnan Younus who was wonderful. Really nice man who has helped me so much by diagnosing my ADHD. The clinic is nice and the reception staff are super friendly and organised. I was even able to email the clinic some questions about medication I forgot to ask during my appointment and Dr Younus called me back within an hour. The Miller Clinic is great. Absolutely nothing to fault."
