"I never got a call for my over the phone appointment. I called the reception multiple times who were very rude I literally had to ask them not to speak to me like that. first I called after the appointment was 2 hours late the reception told me the dr was with a patient so I waited 3 more hours to check on the appointment again and they try to tell me I missed the call 5 hours earlier! I can prove that is untrue. I then waited til 5:45 to check on my appointment again and after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to pick up the phone I gave up as the were closed. They never attended my appointment and never gave me an explanation as to why, I am absolutely appalled."

"Reception staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They have a sign at the front to respect receptionist ..who have zero respect themselves. On 2 occasions have I been practically hung up on when iv called to make an appointment. Very miserable people running the front desk and definitely not a friendly face when you or a loved one is sick. Definitely will be finding a new practice."

"Terrible booking system and astoundingly poor treatment of customers. I normally wouldn’t leave a bad review anywhere but after being spoken to so profoundly rude over the phone by the receptionist unprovoked, I felt compelled to speak out. It’s almost hard to fathom how the receptionist can be so rude and not receive disciplinary action from management."

"Edited: After seeing the GP we were told we could've called in the prescription request. We weren't the only patients in this position. Would be nice if staff could spend a little time understanding patient needs beforehand to avoid making them wait so long. Usually I would recommend this centre for friendly service and quality care. But today (Sunday) I waited 2.5 hours for a renewal of a prescription urgently needed with only 4 people in front of me. One GP on duty spending over 40 min per patient while folks queue up in the waiting room. It blows by mind that centres can operate like this. So if you're here on a walk in only day - beware."

"A professional Medical Centre that provides a great service. I am a patient of 15 years and would personally like to thank Receptionists Donna and Ivy who went out of their way to get a medical form completed in a timely manner. Caring, passionate, skilled and professional are just four words to describe Dr Joe and the care he has shown me over the years. Every time I visit or phone, I receive a warm welcoming atmosphere from the friendly reception team. Definitely a great choice if you are looking for Medical Services with practitioners and knowledgeable Doctors and staff that really care. With appreciation Angie"
