"Would give Zero stars if I could too! Absolute rubbish of a company! Nearly 4 weeks since my order and haven’t even received tracking info! Their 1800 number keeps looping and doesn’t connect through. They have autobots reply to online web enquires and are emailing automated replies via email. They have never once actually read my emails and addressed them. I have waited well over their advertised shipping delays of 8-20 days and still nothing. Have referred to PayPal for refund as they won’t respond to my request to cancel my order and will send complaint to ACCC. Just made organising Xmas much more difficult!"
"25 days and my order still hasn't left the warehouse. Finally received a reply to my enquiries today basically saying sorry we are busy, so I will not have gifts arrive in time for Christmas now despite placing the order more than 2 weeks before their advertised Christmas cut off. Disorganised and useless company with poor customer service."
