"Worst cricket shop in Melbourne. Unreliable people who run this place who tell you lies and false promises. If you come for bat repair or servicing, don't expect to get it within even three weeks. Shop workers don't respond to emails, calls, texts, nothing. The equipment isn't the best and a lot is overpriced. I recommend everyone to stay away from this place. You will not be treated with integrity and respect and you will have a much better experience shopping and using the services of other cricket shops. Certain customers will just get prioritized over any new customers coming into the shop or the general populous, you'll end up feelings mistreated and robbed. Nitin (the owner) also has a really foul mouth and cannot contain himself with using such words in front of children as well. For the betterment of your kids if you have any, stay away from this environment. The environment itself is important to mention, it gives off a really negative and eerie vibe and is most definitely unpleasant. When looking at any equipment they will gush out lies upon lies about cricket gear, saying famous people such and such have used them which are nothing but fables and misinformation. They will just try to lie to your face in order to persuade you in purchasing to get money in their pockets. All the deception, false promises, indecency, lack of respect, lack of morality, lack of integrity and the obvious lack of any sense of professionalism is apparent within the perimeters of this store. Additionally, the owner will respond to this review by saying that I have not been to the store but I most certainly have and I have my witnesses. He will yet again lie to protect his image, please do not believe it and fall into his corruption. Thank You."
