I have been a frequent customer in the past and have always enjoyed discounts or complimentary gifts during my visits. So, when I was checking out this time, I inquired about the possibility of receiving the same treatment (not necessarily expecting a discount or gift). However, the employee informed me that they needed to consult their manager. The manager's attitude was extremely rude, targeted, and even seemed to carry a hint of discrimination. As a customer, I place great importance on my experience, but the manager's response of "whatever" left me utterly shocked. It is unbelievable that a manager in such a large store would utter such words and exhibit such an attitude. I want to specifically mention that the manager's name is Cam. I hope that every customer who visits your store pays attention to him, in order to avoid encountering the same negative experience that I did. As a customer, I believe that a good service attitude is crucial and plays a significant role in a store's reputation and customer relationships. However, the lack of respect and unfriendliness I experienced during this incident has left me with an extremely negative impression of your store. I hope that your store takes this matter seriously and implements appropriate measures to ensure that every customer receives high-quality service and respect.
