"Self checkout is one of its kind almost zero touch operation. Smell of clothes in the store can be sometimes unpleasant probably because of overloaded of stocks with compact narrow aisles passage. Otherwise Uniqlo is one of my go to store for clothing especially general use active wear."
"I got an exchange done for an alternation not done upto the standard committed , Nicole and Kat at the castle hill store were very polite , patient and helpful, understood the issue and exchanged my jeans - well done and thanks"
"I have always been a Uniqlo fan. Our family annually spend at least 3-5k buying Uniqlo clothes. Wardrobe is 80% Uniqlo. I buy from Uniqlo in our home country Australia, then when we travel overseas from Japan, China, Thailand, Hawaii. Basically whenever we come across a Uniqlo. But today I am bitterly disappointed with Uniqlo’s customer service. I bought 3 pieces online for my dad, delivered to his house but unfortunately he didn’t want them. So I took the pieces into the Uniqlo store in Midcity …and this is what I found out: At MidCity 1. you can only exchange for pieces bought online at their stores no refund. 2. Uniqlo assistant does not know if the cost of mail return is at Uniqlo’s expense or shoppers. So if they don’t know why should consumers know. 3. Then when you ready for you refund their refund process is so inefficient I can feel a hernia forming while watching them at it. I had 3x pieces to refund, took more than 30mins+. Castle Hill 1. When you buy pieces at a particular store you must return to that particular store. Or you can only exchange for the same value or more. I start to see a money hungry pattern emerging. 2. When you provide feedback to the shop assistant that this is not inline with other Australia shop, their response was, “we know.” And then when you said they should pass the feedback to their head office response was “we don’t make the rules, just follow them.” Their words exactly. I am more disappointed at Uniqlo than anything else. When they first opened they had such good customer service. Uniquely Japanese no doubt! But I think making money really trumps customer experience these days for the brand. The arrogance at the Castle Hills store is so blatant. Next time when we buy at Uniqlo we will definitely triple think our purchase."
"Good quality selection. Staffs are friendly, and helpful, particularly staffs at cashier who are quite understandable customer' needs. I losted recipes and product tag, they can still help in the situation of "change of size" based on purchase details saved in UNIQLO app. I am very grateful with their help."
"I needed to do the alteration for a pant so i waited in the line to talk to the cashier. It was around 3pm on Saturday afternoon and there was only one person in front of me so was not too bad . Then a staff approached to me and asked me to go to self check out which had a longer line. I explained to her I need to talk to the cashier for the alternations. But this staff did not listen and insisted me go to self checkout claiming she wanted to keep 1 line only. I kept explaining to her i needed to talk to the cashier for the alternation but that lady just did not listen. Even I waited for my turn she still said to me next time pls go to the self checkout. Hey Uniqlo - please put some training on your staffs! Tell them first thing they need to learn is listening !!!"
