"Buyer beware!!! Absolutely appalling customer service from the manager Nina!! I have been a loyal customer there for many years and spent thousands of dollars in that time. I have witnessed her horrendous communication skills on several occasions. The way she speaks down to customers is disgusting! Not sure why she thinks she’s better than everyone else around her. Perhaps she should do some training in customer service and management. It’s such a shame, as all of the other staff are wonderful. Thank god I’m moving out of the area. They will never get another cent out of me."
