"I have read so many bad reviews on here i thought i would share my own great experiences I get seen by Nicole at the liverpool clinic she always greets me with a smile and has a lovely bubbly personality she is warm and welcoming and easy to talk to when doing my lip filler she could see how anxious i was and waited patiently for the numbing cream to set in, she is not only talented but gentle aswell i highly recommend Nicole when visiting the liverpool store she has done amazing work for me not only on my services but she has great people skills she is lovely to talk to and i will continue to go back and request her everytime"

"Very worse & disappointing customer service . Not helpful & to avoid customer they say our online system down . I have an appointment 9.00am & I was late 10 minutes , I apologise for delay but they said we can’t give you service today you have to rebook for another day .everyone time is valuable not only their time . As a regular customer they can put me in next available time slot but won’t it. Directly said you are late so you have to come another day not even today . At the end said I’m sorry our system down . So ridiculous"

"!! AVOID THIS CLINIC !! It shocks me to the core how rude & unprofessional the receptionist is here. I'm sorry that you have very incompetent receptionist representing your business. At this rate and given the bad reviews, don't be surprised if nobody wants to come here. My mother had a horrible experience today. After requesting to check for her remaining services, she then asked if she could book in. The receptionist told her to call back later without any explanation. When my mother asked why, the receptionist spoke over her and repeatingly said "hello?! hello?!" then hung up. Extremely demeaning and unnecessary behaviour. My mother decided to give it another try and call again. She called another 5x and waited on the line approximately 6 minutes each. Yet, still no answer. I wish we knew her name so we could name and shame this unnecessary behaviour. Nobody deserves that treatment. Being a Liverpool local, I will tell all my family/friends and post on social media to avoid this place at all cost. Train your staff with taking a simple appointment and treating their clients with respect. I'm sure it's not that hard."
