Platypus Shoes George Street

"Looking out the bad reviews here make me think that i'm not the only one who had bad experience If you have a free time, go to haymarket store instead, the staff are nicer , more respectful and more helpful. So i bought vans shoes from dfo homebush (it was a discounted items and have stains on it from the first time) and believe it was faulty shoes after one time using it to my workplace because it made my feet bleeding and hurting my heels, then i tried to exchange to this store but the staff rejects impolitely saying that she can't proceed because it is already worn. What the hell? I also work in retail so i know all the things about customer's right. Does she even know about faulty items policy? If the items deemed as faulty it should be returned NO MATTER it is already worn/ unworn cause that is how we know that is was a faulty items. That's against the customer's policy. I also stated to her politely that the shoes is already stained for the first time i bought it, it was a discounted items. And besides, it made my feet bleeding and was hurting my kneel for couple days, but she rudely said : "THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM" I didn't do much debate such it was a waste of time so i went to another store that still close by, which is Platypus Haymarket and they care me A LOT, they helped me to exchange my damn uncomfy shoes and i was so happy to pay more for the new shoes which i'm using till now. (I didn't go to take a refund, instead of exchange to a new one which is more comfy and brand no stained with a normal price). So Funny is it ? Same platypus but very different service , rudely and rejects customer's right while another being helpful and provide customer's right. It already passed a month since happened but I can't stand to not write this review bcs everytime I crossed by this store i always remember this bad experience. For those who curious, the staff is not the one in the photos review, she was short hair, had piercing on nose and obv rude. Now just take a look if they just blame me and defend themself for this review or do self correction."
