"During my visit to Forever New Midcity, I sought assistance with my winter outfits as I am not very confident in my sense of style. Fortunately, I had the pleasure of meeting Anuska, who proved to be an amazing stylist. Right from the start, Anuska made me feel at ease and comfortable. She had a talent for explaining how and when to style different pieces in a way that was easy for me to understand. Her expertise and knowledge were apparent as she effortlessly curated outfits that suited me perfectly. What impressed me the most was how Anuska boosted my confidence throughout the styling session. She helped me recognize the potential in my own style and encouraged me to step outside of my comfort zone. Thanks to her guidance, I felt more self-assured in my fashion choices than ever before. I absolutely adored my experience with Anuska and I'm eagerly looking forward to future styling sessions with her. She is truly a gem ."

"It was totally massive great experience. There was a staff named ALEYAH. I just asked her one question about a jacket and she gave me further information and let me know that there were more options I could choose for the best experience, not only just answering my question. Thanks to her, I got a perfect fit jacket that i've been looking for. When I didn't understand some words while I was talking with her for my jacket she explained it another way for me very kindly. She was professional, respectful, initiative, calm, caring and knew what customers' needs are. I will definitely visit again for those beautiful clothes and amazing customer service."

"Beautiful store with the most rude and insulting customer service. I picked few items and came back from fitting room. I returned the rest of the clothes which I didn’t intended to buy to this staff who was sorting out the clothing near the fitting room. It was only 3 items. She asked where the hangers are in an annoyed manner. I was taken aback and asked her again. She again asked me where the hangers are in a really insulting way. She literally made me go back in the fitting room and bring the hangers to her. It was around 5:30pm and the store wasn’t busy either. The blonde lady with glasses wearing full black outfit working on 2/09 , Friday was so rude and intimidating. If only I had the luxury of time to drop my chosen top, I would have just left it and thrown on her face. I just didn’t make any fuss there. Lady, just learn the basic principles of customer service. Was it because of my tired look and that I was in my nursing uniform that you were compelled to treat me that way. You looked as though you hated your job and took out that frustration on your customer. Shameful!!"

"One of my very favourite clothing stores in the Sydney city. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful. The dresses are lovely and beautiful. Good quality clothing and the prices are reasonable too. Always love to shop here ♥️"
