"I've always found the staff super friendly and helpful .For the past few years,every time when i tried clothes in fitting room,they always keeping to provide me the product they thought suit for me. I probably tried around 15 sports bra. And they don't feel annoying but very welcome. All my sports wear from lorna jane.THE quality is really nice.the bra support well.And the most important thing is they have incredible customer service."

"I've just started running so I find the world of sporting gear quite overwhelming. Thankfully Annie was there to help! When I requested her help she immediately ran down the features and specifics of sports bras that I wasn't even aware of. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the purposes of construction and fit which made me completely confident that she could find the right product for me. She then took it upon herself to find the right bra for me and helpfully picked out a selection. I ended up with the perfect bra and couldn't be happier. She even indulged me in some friendly conversation at the end so I never got the impression that she just wanted to make a sale. Overall I was very impressed by the service Annie provided. Her knowledge set her apart from competitors like Lululemon that I had just been to. However, a minor note I might mention, I was not greeted at entry which made me a little unsure about approaching staff for help. Aside from that everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Lorna Jane to anyone who wants sports gear AND great customer service."
