"After reading some reviews ,I can't believe I was at the same shop ,saw a cap for my husband toook it to the counter ,the lady was so rude she was on the hands free phone and not once did she stop talking even while taking our money ,she did not speak to us once even to say thank at the end of the transaction, there was another customer who saw the whole thing ,he left after saying how rude she had been ,the person on the day needs to treat customers with the respect they deserve and not like your intruding on their conversation ,it's not hard to smile and say thank you at the competition of the sale,then we had to ask for a receipt,and she was not happy about that ."

My parcel was delayed from the retailer and when I called TSG, Steve was so helpful on the phone, when I informed him that I couldn't pickup the parcel in next 10 days because of a personal reason, he was so kind to understand and reassure me that no worries we will keep your parcel until you are ready.
